Our inclusive intimate event design packages are curated to offer our clients the ease of hosting a party, while enjoying the quiet luxury of our design services.

To begin, please let us know your event date, expected event guest count, and then choose your celebration theme and any special celebration add-on services. We will take it from there to include our design services, delivery, set-up and breakdown.

The Exclusive Soirée Package 

This package is designed for event celebrations of up to 30 people. Defining Moments Special Events will take the existing event venue canvas and enhance it with tables, chairs, linens and all of the beautiful finishing touch tabletop décor, for a completely curated event that is sure to wow.

Package Inclusions:

  • Selected theme party, with full complementing event décor 

  • 1-day rental of event décor items – Includes: set-up & breakdown 

  • Custom welcome signage mirror 

  • (1) 6’ banquet table with complementing linen – To the floor Ex: registration table, gift table, etc. 

  • (1) small floral arrangement or enhancements for 6’ table Ex: registration table, gift table, cake, etc. 

  • 8’ banquet tables – based on party size 

  • 8’ banquet table linens - to the floor 

  • White folding event chairs – based on total guest count 

  • Complementing linen table runners & linen napkins 

  • Table chargers at each place setting 

  • Disposable serviceware – Plates & glasses 

  • Gold flatware place setting – Fork, spoon & knife

The Grand Celebration Package 

This package is designed for event celebrations of up to 30 people. This package includes all items from the Exclusive Soiree Package and enhances it further to include additional specialty tables, linens, décor and special accents, to enhance your celebration with all of the finishing touches, to take your event to the next level and make it shine. 

Package Inclusions:

  • All items from the Exclusive Soirée package 

  • Selected theme party, with full complementing event décor 

  • 1-day rental of event décor items – Includes: set-up & breakdown 

  • (4) highboy cocktail tables – To define dance and/or conversation areas 

  • (4) highboy cocktail table linens to the floor 

  • (1) 48-inch round table with complementing linen – To the floor Ex: Cake table, dessert table, coffee/hot cocoa station, etc. 

  • Floral & candle enhancements for highboy cocktail rounds 

  • Cake table/dessert station candle & floral enhancements 

  • Photo backdrop area with balloon garland enhancements –
